Childbirth education classes are offered FREE to all expecting mothers in both English and Spanish. All of our childbirth classes are designed to prepare for the physical and psychological changes associated with pregnancy, birth and the transition to parenthood.

• Healthy Prenatal and Postpartum Lifestyle
• Labor Support
• Breastfeeding

Classes are offered in a relaxed setting and include a personal guided tour of our facility.
