Brownsville, TX: DHR Health Brownsville is inviting the public to see firsthand how the da Vinci 5, a robot-assisted surgical system, is helping to innovate minimally invasive surgical procedures with exceptional precision. The two-day event will be guided by expert surgeons from DHR Health Brownsville, Dr. Karen Brooks and Dr. Rene Luna. In addition to showcasing this groundbreaking technology, the hospital will be providing free hernia and pelvic pain screenings.
The community event and screenings, free and open to the public, will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, August 19, and Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at DHR Health Brownsville, located at 4750 N. Expressway.
