Biography
Valley native Dr. Patrick Sander is an experienced Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon who provides a wide range of orthopedic care, including shoulder, knee and hip replacement, fracture treatment, and knee and shoulder arthroscopy. He is helping to establish the Orthopedic Institute at Renaissance to better serve patients in the Rio Grande Valley.
Dr. Patrick Sander received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He completed his orthopedic residency training as well as a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio.

Dr. Sander is awesome, i mean awesome. The work done was awesome. Had surgery on my right shoulder a little over 5 years go...took a while but its great now, doesn't even feel like I had the surgery. Held off on getting the left shoulder done until 2 months ago...I'm talking serious work done on both. Its taken me a little longer to heal (I'm 5 years older) but I can feel that its gonna be fine. My biggest regret was holding off for so long to get the other shoulder fixed. Highly recommend.
