Prateek Suresh Harne, MD

Biography

As a fellowship trained gastroenterologist with advanced expertise in therapeutic endoscopy, Dr. Harne brings strong clinical experience and academic background to DHR Health’s digestive health services. His work spans topics such as gastrointestinal bleeding, GI oncology, therapeutic endoscopy, and immune-mediated disorders.

Dr. Harne completed his most recent fellowship in advanced therapeutic endoscopy at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He previously trained in gastroenterology and hepatology through a joint fellowship at UT Health Science Center at Houston and the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. He is also board-certified in internal medicine, having completed his residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Sycracuse, New York.
