Biography
Dr. Rodriguez has extensive expertise and specializes in hand surgery. In addition to being board-certified in surgery of the hand and general surgery, Dr. Rodriguez is board-certified and fellowship-trained in hand and upper extremity surgery.
With over 27 years of diverse experience in Hand Surgery, General Surgery, and Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Rodriguez offers surgical and non-surgical care to adult and pediatric patients for conditions affecting the hand, wrist, fingers, forearm and elbow. His focus is to restore as much function as possible to the hand and arm, and he is passionate about helping patients regain their quality of life and return to their daily activities.
Dr. Rodriguez earned his medical degree from the Universidad Catolica de Cordoba, located in Argentina. He completed his orthopedic residency in Argentina before relocating to the U.S. He then attended Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA and St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, OH where he completed a general surgery residency before pursuing his second fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA.

You know that feeling of relief when you finally find the right doctor? That’s Dr. Rodriguez! I originally started with a different doctor and the care was less than desirable. A whole year of wasted time and money only to not receive the needed surgery. Dr. Rodriguez and his amazing staff turned all that despair around. They sent me for the correct test, confirming what we already knew. Scheduled my surgery quickly and physical therapy was a blast! A little painful but the staff was very enjoyable and made the therapy fun. I’m currently working on the left hand now and couldn’t be happier with Dr. Rodriguez and his staff. I won’t go anywhere else! If you need a doctor who provides excellent care and a kind, attentive staff - this is the place for you!
