We are incredibly grateful for the care our daughter received from Dr. Donald Tucker. After seeing multiple providers in a 3 day period for her ongoing infection without much improvement, he took the time to truly listen, evaluate her thoroughly, and provide the treatment she needed. Dr. Tucker’s expertise, attention to detail, and genuine compassion really stood out. He made us feel heard, never rushed, and explained everything clearly so we felt confident moving forward. Thanks to him, our daughter is finally on the path to recovery. He is truly one of the best physicians we have ever encountered—not just in the RGV, but even compared to our experiences in Chicago. We sincerely appreciate his dedication and the difference he made for our family. Thank you again, Dr. Tucker.

My husband and daughter, including me, were recently seen by Dr, Tucker in the Urgent Care. We are very pleased with the services, especially Dr Tucker, who is kind enough to follow up how we are doing several days after we were treated there. Thank you for everything.

… I was given the royal treatment on my previous visit to DHR Urgent Care…I was seen by Dr. Donald Tucker. This doctor not only was nice, kind, and friendly, but his bedside manner was SUPERB!!!!! The staff, such as Brianna, John, Brenda, and Margarita also displayed exceptionally!! It has been said that customer service can make or break a business.
