Biography
Dr. Haissam Elzaim is board certified in Orthopedic surgery, specializing in joint replacement, sports medicine and fracture care.
Dr. Elzaim attended the Lebanese American University of Beirut where he received a Bachelors of Science in Biology. Dr. Elzaim attended the American University of Beirut where he received a Master of Science Degree in Human Morphology. He then attended the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, TX where he received a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology, and a medical degree, graduating with honors. While at UTMB he completed a post-graduate fellowship in microbiology and immunology. Dr. Elzaim then completed training in orthopedic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX.
